Twenty-seven full member companies (10 from AAQG, 10 from EAQG and 7 from APAQG) designate an employee with voting rights to provide a balanced direction forward. Operations and strategic progression reside in the hands of the Executive Committee with the execution and delivery of the strategic plan given to the knowledge leadership within the subsidiary bodies. Please refer to the definitions to better understand how each group contributes to the overall organization.
- General Assembly (GA) – sets the policy, purpose, and objectives of the organization and drives initiatives to meet the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Executive Committee (EC) – maintains the integrity of the IAQG and recommends the overall direction on operational matters.
- Communications – ensures consistency of IAQG messaging and promotes awareness of IAQG activities
- Operations Council – develops, plans and purposes strategy to implement the IAQG mission, vision, and strategic objectives
- Operating Management System (OMS) – ensures the IAQG operates efficiently and effectively
- Finance – manages the budget and finances of the IAQG
- Improvement Strategy – reviews and monitors the progress of the IAQG efforts within the industry
- Requirements – establishes, develops, and maintains industry quality requirements to improve product and process integrity
- Product & Supply Chain Improvement (PSCI) – develops and deploys guidance materials to continuously improve On Time, One Quality Delivery (OTOQD) throughout the supply chain
- Performance – develops and implements a set of objective data in order to provide the supply chain with global, dynamic, and detailed (where necessary) performances measurements
- Certification Oversight – manages the Industry Controlled Other Party (IAQG Certification Scheme) scheme for certification of organizations to the 9100-series Aerospace Quality Management System (AQMS) standards
- Relationship Growth Strategy – identifies, develops and manages key strategic partnerships among various stakeholders globally
- Civil Authorities – works together with the international airworthiness authorities to enable local design, production, and certification with global acceptance
- Space – works together to achieve standards and a certification scheme that can be effectively and efficiently used by space organizations
- Defense – coordinates with NATO and defense organizations to adopt simpler, common standards
- Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) – works together with the industry towards recognition of IAQG standards and effective industry use, application, and certification to improve aviation safety, product quality, and efficiency of the MRO industry
- Trade Associations – establishes relationships with safety, quality, and aviation industry trade associations whose purpose and objectives overlap those of the IAQG
