IAQG Standards are published with various technical committees both established and recognized in the Americas. Â Additionally, the Americas works in cooperation with other technical committees to create and maintain quality management systems and support quality-related processes.
The IAQG created and manages the Industry Controlled Other Party (IAQG Certification Scheme) certification scheme and within the Americas, the AAQG manages this IAQG Certification Scheme through the Americas Certification Oversight Team (ACOT).
AAQG Award
The AAQG Excellence Award (formerly the Mike Gallagher Award) recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves by making unique and outstanding accomplishments in the aviation, space and defense industry, related to standards development, oversight, and maintenance of the IAQG Certification Scheme in the Americas sector.
